MK Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (We call “MKT” from now on) was established on Dec, 2017. MKT is focusing on Semiconductor 2nd hand equipment business. MKT has been providing customers total solution from equipment import to technical support and refurbish. MKT’s 2nd equipment field is not only FAB (Etching, Implanter, CVD etc) but also Back end assembly and test (Back Grinder, Die Saw, Die bonder Wire bonder etc). Equipment resource are from Korea, Japan and other countries’ customers who are close network with MKE and MKT through 34 years business relationship.
